Soup Dutch a pub with wine

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Beer light - 2 glasses
- Red dry wine - 1 glass
- An egg (yolk) - 4 piece.
- Oil creamy - 1 ch.l.
- Black bread - 50 g
- A nutmeg (grated) - 1/2 ch.l.

To pour out in a saucepan beer and wine, to warm up before boiling. Oil, yolks and sugar to pound and pour thin trickle in boiling soup, constantly stirring slowly. To dry in an oven or a toaster a piece of bread, then to grate it and to mix with a nutmeg, a mix to add in soup. To submit hot.
