Asparagus soup

For recipe you will need:
- asparagus - 500 g
- water - 1 liter
- butter-butter - 2 st.l.
- flour - 1-2 st.l.
- sugar - 1 / 2 ch.l.
- juice of lemon - 1 st.l.
- Salt - to taste
- egg (yolk) - 2 pc.
- milk - 1/3 cup.
Asparagus well rinsed, sorted and the top place to put in a little water. The remaining asparagus taste, not clean, lightly fork in the water, proteret through the screen, there add sugar, butter and remaining butter stewed top of asparagus. Give zakipet again.
